Carilion Clinic and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine (VTCSOM) invite a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained Pediatric Urologist to play a foundational role in building and advancing pediatric urology in Southwest Virginia. A System Designed to Support You You will practice within a highly collaborative pediatric environment supported by: - A dedicated pediatric urology team including a PA, nurse, medical assistant, and administrative coordinator - Carilion Children’s Tanglewood Center (17 pediatric specialties, child life services, on-site lab) - Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH): - 24 pediatric inpatient beds - 8-bed PICU - 60-bed NICU - Access to: - Complete video urodynamics program - da Vinci Xi and SP robotic platforms - Multiple OR sites and ambulatory surgery centers - Expansion into additional satellite clinics and OR locations, increasing regional reach and referral growth Notably, pediatric urology services were established in 2023 — you will help define the standard of care for an entire region.
