care in a dynamic Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit environment,
supporting individuals recovering from critical illness or surgery.

flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess patients
requiring intermediate critical care between ICU and general care.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and coordinate care

respond promptly to changes in patient condition. - Educate

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with
facility policies and standards. Qualifications and Experience: -
Current and unrestricted RN license. - Proven experience in
Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit nursing. - Ability to handle
complex assessments and interventions. - Strong communication and
organizational skills. - Adaptability and proficiency in working
