About the Clinician‘s Workday The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to adult patients in a correctional facility, delivering primary care including chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and preventive healthcare services. The role requires conducting thorough patient evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation in the Naphcare EMR system, and managing approximately 18-20 patients daily during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call requirements. The clinician will work collaboratively with registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to ensure optimal patient care while adhering to facility protocols and maintaining professional standards within the correctional healthcare environment.
