28334 Broad River Rehab SNF GWW 30 As a friendly reminder,
candidates must have the following: 1. Proper State License 2.
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019
(PDPM experience) 3. Rehab Optima (Net Health) 4. Negative COVID 19
test required (usually within 7-10 days of start) 5. COVID-19
Vaccination card/documentation-no exceptions Client in NC seeking
Physical Therapist: LTC/SNF for the following shift(s): Days We are
looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide
