Job Description Pediatrician Lumberton, NC We’re hiring a
Pediatrician who would enjoy a balanced life in a historic

covers 100% of health, dental, and vision premiums for the provider
and all dependents. - Exceptional PTO package starting at 27.5 days
and increasing to 42.5 days after the first year. - Lucrative
quarterly productivity bonuses in addition to a competitive base
salary. - Eligibility for up to $75,000 in student loan repayment
through NHSC programs. - Comprehensive support with 2 dedicated
medical assistants or nurses assigned to every provider. -
Additional hourly pay for evening and weekend shifts plus a $10,000
transition bonus. What makes you a great fit - You are a Board
Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician (MD/DO) with a North
Carolina license. - You thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting

professional home. Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $200,000
- $240,000 - 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision -
401(k) with 3% Employer Match - $300,000 Life Insurance Policy -
Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - $3,000 Annual CME
Allowance - $500 Annual Electronic Device Stipend - Malpractice
