Job Description:
Highlights: • Seeking a 100% Breast Imaging Radiologist to join
a high-volume breast care and comprehensive cancer center, serving
a 280-bed UNC-affiliated community hospital that functions as a
regional referral hub for the surrounding areas, evolving into an
Advanced Breast Imaging Center. • A state-of-the-art facility
equipped with Epic EMR, Hologic workflow manager and advanced
technologies, including Sectra RIS and PACS integrated with
PowerScribe One. • Monday to Friday work schedule with no nights,
weekends or call responsibilities. Following a cycling schedule of
two weeks on followed by one week off. • Responsibilities include
3D/2D screening mammograms, 3D/2D diagnostic mammograms, breast
ultrasound, ultrasound-guided breast biopsies, and upright
stereotactic breast biopsies and needle localizations. • Financial
package includes a 578K base salary plus production and quality
incentives for additional earnings. Offering a comprehensive
benefits package, paid malpractice with tail, 17 weeks off plus an
extra 30 days PTO, excellent retirement and tax-deferred savings
plans, and up to a 100K recruitment incentive package. • Must be
American Board Certified or Eligible. Visa support is available.
