LOCATION: Medical Arts and Cancer Center, Alamance Regional Medical Center-Employee Health-Workers Comp CITY: Burlington JOB DETAILS: Exempt: Yes - FTE: 1.****** (40 hours/week) - Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm - On Call: NO JOB SUMMARY: To provide safe and effective evidence-based patient care. EDUCATION: Bachelors Required Masters Preferred Additional Information: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Physician Assisting required. EXPERIENCE: 1 year Preferred Additional Information: 1 year of practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING-REQUIRED: Current PA or NP licensure in the State of NC required. DEA License required. RESPIRATOR FIT TESTING: Yes MAJOR WORK ACTIVITIES: Communicates professionally, compassionately and effectively with patients, coworkers and referring physicians. Weight 17 % Provides appropriate patient assessment and establishes evidence-based plan of care with physician input when deemed to be appropriate.
