Job DescriptionAutomotive Customer Service RepresentativeModern Chevrolet of Burlington is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to expand its team in our Burlington, NC dealership. Candidates will possess honesty, integrity, and a pleasant outgoing personality. Candidates can earn up to $16.00 an hour. Responsibilities include:

• Answer both inbound and internal phone calls
• Making outbound calls
• Handle an adequate number of calls as designated by the department standards
• Communicate efficiently with customers and fellow employees using text, email, and phone Qualifications:
  • Must have the ability to work a varying Monday-Saturday schedule.
  • Must have computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in dealing with customer service, customer relations, or sales is a plus.
