LabCorp has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Compensation Director in our Sales Administration division.This position will be a key contributor in the development of the Sales Compensation Division.This individual will accomplish the following: This position will be responsible for managing the Sales Compensation Team of NSA and the responsibilities for the daily activities associated with administration of sales compensation plans for our sales force. This includes, but not limited to, territory database management, compensation plan creation and administration, overseeing the exception process, sales ranking, sales performance reports and headcount tracking. Responsible for providing support in the overall strategy, design, implementation, communication, and administration of the sales compensation programs to ensure market-competitiveness and best practices. The position is responsible for ensuring that compensation programs, policies and procedures support the organizations strategic objectives and they are in compliance with the organization's policies. Compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases. **Requirements** License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.A./B.S. with 7-10 years of experience in related field. **Shift** 1 **Schedule** Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm As an EOE/AA employer, the organization will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.
