Modis has an immediate job opening for a .NET Developer to work with our industry leading client in Charlotte, NC.  Our client is seeking a .NET Developer with a passion for new technology and a proven ability to learn new technology quickly.  If you are looking for a .NET Developer job that will give you the opportunity to created software solutions utilizing the latest technologies this role could be for you.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Develop new applications using current technologies in web and mobile
• Enhance select applications from the current suite of solutions
• Apply architectural vision and standard into working code
• Meet deadlines and alert leadership of potential obstacles
• Manage their time effectively across their assignments
• Quickly learn and grow technical and business skills to stay relevant with the changing environment
• Create and assist in the testing of applications
• Assist in the training of users and support staff regarding applications and solutions
• Monitors systems for expected performance and respond to errors and emergency problems
• Create and maintain detailed documentation
• Read trade publications, web sites, blogs, etc. to maintain and increase knowledge in core area of responsibility

 
Desired Qualifications:

• 
  

• 2+ years of C#.NET development
• 2+ years of ASP.NET development
• 2+ years of JavaScript development
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js and Bootstrap
• iOS or Android development experience preferred
• Solid understanding of MVC
• Solid understanding of OO programming
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts
