Job Description:
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking
a Genesys Developer to join their team. As a Genesys Developer, you
will be part of the IT department supporting the Contact Center
Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong
problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a
collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Genesys Developer Location: Charlotte, NC
(Hybrid - 3 days Onsite) Pay Range: Competitive based on experience
What's the Job? Develop and implement Genesys contact center
solutions both on-premise and in the cloud. Configure and
troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components. Integrate
Genesys with third-party applications and systems. Utilize Genesys
cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and extensions.
Coordinate with other technology partners, including Avaya and
network vendors. What's Needed? 3 years of development and
implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions.
Strong experience with Genesys Framework including IVR development,
scripting, routing strategy, and reporting. Proficiency in
programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Experience with Genesys products including PureCloud, PureEngage,
and PureConnect. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related
