Job Description Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesTraining
Strategy & Governance Design and own Crete’s company-wide training
strategy and cadence in alignment with Executive Team priorities
Define core training standards and required curricula to support
consistent execution across partner companies Establish a
disciplined training rhythm that supports simplification,
scalability, and risk control Curriculum Development Lead
development of standardized training content across key operational
and functional areas including WIP, project management, operating
systems, safety, accounting, and sales Leverage existing
third-party content and within Crete University while developing
Crete-specific materials as needed Delivery & Enablement Build and
manage a train-the-trainer model leveraging strong operators and
subject matter experts Coordinate delivery across in-person,
hybrid, and digital formats using Crete University as the system of
record Partner with Operations leaders to ensure consistent
training delivery Adoption & Effectiveness Drive adoption of
training standards through Operations leadership Track
effectiveness tied to outcomes such as WIP accuracy, rework
reduction, margin improvement, and risk reduction Cross-Functional
Collaboration Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Safety, and
Sales to align training with business needs Qualifications &
Experience 10 years of experience in training, enablement, or
operations within a field-based, multi-location services
environment Construction, MEP, or field services experience
strongly preferred Experience in PE-backed or acquisitive
organizations a plus Strong understanding of how training supports
execution, margin discipline, and risk reduction Comfort operating
cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
Willingness to travel approximately 50% What Success Looks Like
