In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving connectivity issues, and providing exceptional support. This is a Contract to permanent position, ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Assist customers in resolving connectivity problems and troubleshooting technical issues. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively. • Handle multiple browsers and tools simultaneously to provide efficient service. • Provide clear and detail-oriented email correspondence to address customer needs. • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and proactively suggest solutions. • Stay updated on company policies and product knowledge to deliver accurate information. • Ensure a positive customer experience by showcasing empathy and problem-solving skills.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required. • Strong ability to navigate and use multiple web browsers and software tools. • Excellent written communication skills for detail-oriented email correspondence. • Proven track record in customer success and maintaining high satisfaction levels. • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving connectivity and technical issues. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
