ABOUT THE CONTRACT: The NIH Office of Research Innovation, Validation and Application (ORIVA) will support New Approach Methodologies (NAM) development and adoption. This directly addresses stated NIH Director and HHS priorities including in vitro systems that allow scientists to model human disease, computational models which simulate complex biological human systems and real-world data to study health outcomes at community and population levels. The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
