us! This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and
health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key
responsibilities include translating business requirements into
digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with
designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in
collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through
business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market.

digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business
problems. Responsibilities: Delivers world-class digital software
solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing,
budget, and scope constraints Owns operational routines,
governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading
go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital
solutions Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and
client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the
project level Manages project planning, sprint, and release
planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap
leveraging Agile principles Creates presentations and written
materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to
enhance project outcomes Builds and maintains relationships across
stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the
bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure
ongoing support for owned features Leverages knowledge of the
business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product
development and sustainment lifecycle Successfully leverage Product
Management skills to understand business key metrics and goals, how
to drive those results (increased revenue, cost savings, and risk
reduction), and lead the digital initiative execution strategy to
drive those results Required Qualifications: 7 years of relevant
experience Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding,
client-driven environment Analytics skills and the ability to
understand business metrics and business case goals, and the
drivers of those goals Excellent communication and writing skills;
ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
within the organization Operations and analytics experience Project
Management experience Desired Qualifications: Product Management
experience managing business results or profit and loss metrics
Experience with delivering both strategic and tactical changes/
projects, ideally in digital Experience setting up automations,
leveraging AI, and systematizing data to drive efficiencies Ideal
candidate will possess both a strategic thinking expertise as well
as an ability to plan and execute tactical actions to implement
strategic objectives Experience in Agile methodologies Skills:

information Pay range $115,000.00 - $161,400.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are

individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and
contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the
