us! Job Profile Summary: This job is responsible for overseeing the
delivery, quality, and governance of data across the organization.
Key responsibilities include guiding data management activities,
partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and
contributing to the advancement of data governance standards and
practice. Job expectations include ensuring data is accurate,
controlled, and aligned with evolving business, regulatory, and
risk requirements while escalating and shaping strategic needs.
Additional Information: This role owns the CFO DM Data control
framework, drives operating model controls integration across
platforms and domains, and enables control uplift through
automation, AI/ML, and strategic tooling. The role serves as the
primary Controls representative in architecture, enterprise
initiatives, and regulatory themes, ensuring consistent and
scalable control environments Responsibilities: Oversee the timely,
accurate, and complete delivery of data while ensuring alignment to
enterprise data management standards. Partner with business
stakeholders to develop data solutions that meet operational and
enterprise needs. Identify gaps in data quality, control
performance, and standards adherence; develop and lead remediation
efforts with cross-functional teams. Implement data governance
practices and ensure that data management activities adhere to
relevant policies, standards and regulatory expectations. Reinforce
data ownership and stewardship expectations and translate emerging
business, risk and regulatory needs into actionable data plans.
Promote a data-driven culture and continuous improvement by
optimizing data processes, tools and controls to enhance quality
and value. Additional Responsibilities: Own the CFO Data Management
Data Control Framework, including refresh, enhancements, and
enterprise alignment. Represent Data Controls in architecture
forums to ensure control requirements are embedded in platform and
tooling designs. Define and drive the Controls automation and AI/ML
enablement strategy. Lead Controls participation in CFO?level and
enterprise initiatives, audits, and regulatory themes. Ensure
consistent control design and integration across platforms,
domains, and operating models. Provide senior?level challenge and
guidance on matters impacting data risk and control effectiveness.
Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have

Driver of Business Outcomes: Mobilizes organizational resources to
deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client
needs and to gain competitive advantage. Required Qualifications:
15 years in data, analytics, or finance roles within financial
services or large enterprises. Experience leading data controls,
data governance, or risk management functions within a large,
complex financial institution Demonstrated ability to define and
execute control strategy across multiple platforms, domains, and
operating models Proven experience partnering with Technology and
Risk stakeholders on transformation initiatives Strong executive
presence with the ability to provide credible challenge and
influence outcomes at the CFO and enterprise level Exceptional
executive communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated
ability to drive cross-enterprise initiatives. Desired
Qualifications: Experience driving automation, AI/ML, or advanced
analytics within data management or controls Deep familiarity with
regulatory expectations impacting CFO data (e.g., Liquidity,
Capital, financial reporting) Experience leading globally
distributed teams and complex portfolios of work Skills: Data

benefits information Pay range $185,000.00 - $223,200.00 annualized
salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and
skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible
to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall
individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and
contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the
