Job Description Job Description Must have experience with sit-down lifts, reach trucks and dock stockers Gojob is hiring Forklift Operators for a global logistics warehouse located in Fayetteville, NC . You will be responsible for operating sit-down lifts, reach trucks and dock stockers for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise safely and efficiently. You may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties. Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: Mon - Thurs, 6am - 4:30pm - $17.50/hr 2nd Shift: Mon - Thurs, 5pm - 3:30am - $18.50/hr Weekend Day Shift: Fri - Sun, 6am - 6pm - $19.50/hr Weekend Night Shift: Fri - Sun, 6pm - 6am - $20.75/hr Responsibilities: Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull equipment Unloads inbound shipments safely, moves product to storage locations, and pulls and prepares products for shipment Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control team and assists in resolution Use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory Ensures proper stock rotation and conducts cycle counts as requested Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED preferred At least 3 months forklift experience (must be able to get certified) and/or using warehouse distribution equipment Able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction Able to regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head Able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation Availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed Attention to detail, excellent customer service, and basic math skills Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge Able to complete inspection form prior to operating equipment At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
