at the location detailed in the job post. Eaton’s ES AMER ESS
division is currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver SM to join our
team. The hourly rate for this position is $19 per hour. Please

Please note: This site will be moving to our new location in
Youngsville, NC in the summer of 2026, which is approximately 25
minutes from our current site. What you’ll do: The Shipper/Receiver
provide manufacturing expertise and support including but not
limited to, sorting, verifying, recording, and routing incoming and
outgoing shipments. In this function you will: • Exhibit a strong
adherence to quality by continually seeking methods of improvement
for all functions of the position. You will ensure that all
products and parts adequately meet Eaton’s quality guidelines as
they move throughout the production process and perform quality
checks as instructed • Operate and read hand-held RF units to find,
move and allocate material • Use a resource management system (SAP)
to process all incoming and outgoing freight • Prepare items for
shipment by assembling containers, posting weights and affixing
proper postage and paperwork • Interface with shipping office,
customer service, drivers and carriers to ensure proper delivery •
Coordinate required emergency shipments and requests during
non-work hours • Report irregularities or equipment malfunctions •
Drive and maintain forklifts through daily inspection checklists
and perform 5S housekeeping duties as necessary Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Minimum two years’ experience in
a logistics or warehouse environment including order selection,
packing, and receiving processes • High School diploma or GED from
an accredited institution • Eaton will not consider applicants for

limitation Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using SAP,
warehouse management system • Basic experience with Microsoft
applications (for example Excel) Position Criteria: • Ability to
use good judgment when handling material, with a safety focus •
Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work daily
and/or weekend overtime, willingness to flex to different areas or
local plants as needed • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

position.
