Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting material handling and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Operator Location: ZEBULON, NC Pay Range: $16 Shift: 6pm - 6am (2-2-3 schedule) What's the Job? Load, change, and blend materials to ensure smooth production flow. Support material handling processes for raw materials, work-in-process materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Packing foam products as they come off the line to prepare for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist team members in meeting production goals and quality standards. What's Needed? Basic understanding of packing and material handling processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen What's in it for me?
