Job Description:

Functions as a generalist in the Human Resources department to coordinate workflow. Troubleshoots human resource issues and assist employees in resolving problems. Performs administrative duties as assigned by Manager.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting department
  • Demonstrated success in supporting and coordinating recruiting activities including the use of applicant tracking systems, pre-employment processing and onboarding (background checks, drug screens), and related administration tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume customer service-oriented setting
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors/managers in a virtual setting
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Comfort with a variety of HR-related computer applications and systems and ability to efficiently enter data, develop and generate reports, and support business requirements
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, laws and regulations
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/3-5 years LabCorp experience.
