Customer Service Supervisor

LabCorp is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our
team in Burlington, NC. This role works in a high volume,
production based environment performing a vital component of
clinical lab science.
The schedule for this position will work Monday -- Friday,
8:30am -- 5:30pm
- Supervise day-to-day customer service operations for a team of
10-12 employees, to provide staff with guidance and drive
- Establish and update work assignments to account for changing
- Research and resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely
manner, or redirect concerns to appropriate personnel for
- Lead process improvement and problem-solving efforts.
- Monitor metrics and develop action plans to improve efficiency
- Assist with hiring and interviewing.
- Assess employee performance.
- Conduct employee coaching and training.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Work with Account Management team, Sales staff, and other
internal departments to provide excellent service to clients.
- Conduct and attend meetings as appropriate.
- Actively support Customer Service Manager.
- Normally requires an Associate's Degree
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service
