Job Description:

Labcorp is recruiting a Clarity PPM Administrator for a dynamic team in either Durham(RTP) or Burlington, NC. The Clarity PPM Administrator supports the IT Shared Service function at LabCorp working closely with the Sr. Clarity Administrator. This person will be involved in the continued adoption of the use of Clarity PPM across a growing Fortune 500 organization. To be successful, this person needs to have a business case mentality with technical knowledge of the tool. There is potential for future advancement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the project and portfolio management (PPM) system is developed, implemented, updated and maintained. Experience managing application support activities Ensures day-to-day PPM support is provided; collaborates with Hosting Vendor Plans, coordinates, tests and implements complex systems enhancements Maintains resource records to ensure accurate data is being integrated with Clarity PPM Prepares training and documentation materials; collaborates with training group; facilitates user training. Mentors, coaches and trains end users Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to complex Clarity PPM processes, procedures and services Manages PPM data maintenance processes, including mass updates and/or complex reporting Troubleshoots complex customer and system issues including, but not limited to, error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures Analyzes Clarity PPM upgrades to determine impact of workflow and configuration; manages testing for upgrades to avoid negative business impacts Completes testing when IT resources are used in collaboration with QA Analysts Reviews, researches, and collaborates with the Sr. Clarity Administrator on updates and fixes for Clarity PPM Stays current on Clarity PPM's features in the Classic UI and New UX as well as integrated technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Project, O365 and any other tools relevant to Clarity PPM Supports the use of SharePoint within the ITPMO. Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of five years progressive PPM technical experience; Clarity PPM hands on Administration and Configuration experience in a SaaS model is required. Experience configuring and maintaining Partitions, Objects, Lookups, Page Layouts, Blueprints, simple Processes, and the like is needed. Experience collaborating with developers for NSQL and GEL scripting is needed. Experience co-developing and executing test cases with the Sr. Clarity PPM Administrator and developers is needed. Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to Clarity PPM SaaS is needed. Proven understanding of Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management Demonstrated knowledge of multiple software development life cycle methodologies. Computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required. Tableau and Microsoft Teams is a plus Proven ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options, then implement solutions is essential. Demonstrated ability to communicate across the organization and must be able to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing. Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential. Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential. In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential. Educational Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field or the equivalent experience in the field with hands on Clarity PPM Administration.
