We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service Business Development Center Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive service and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.In this role, you will be the link between the customer and our service department. Through inbound and outbound calls you will assist the customer with questions regarding potential vehicle service, scheduling of service appointments, and general questions regarding services we perform. You will learn about all of the vehicle services we offer and the everyday processes of our service department. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.ABOUT USAt Burlington Kia we strive to make every customer a customer for life.   • Manage a heavy flow of internet appointment leads and phone calls with the goal of setting a vehicle service appointment
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments
  • Be a positive and welcoming initial impression for future service customers
  • Provide customers with initial service information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership managementQUALIFICATIONS
    • Highly motivated and energetic
    • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
    • Team player attitude
    • Prompt and courteous
    • Enthusiastic personality
    • Must have strong computer skills
