Services!Job Summary: Performs a variety of Training, and
Credentialing functions for a region including: coordinating the
New Employee Orientation process, conducting training, coordinating
training and learning and performing administrative functions as
pletes credentialing process for licensed new hire employees as
well as assisting with recrendentialing as needed.Supervises
training employees as needed.Job Responsibilities: Coordinates
Employee Training Records- Ensures all employees are in the
training database and that correct trainings are assigned to
them.All new hires will be added to trainings.Maintains training
files by uploading training documents timely.Ensures the files
retained in compliance with the Record Retention Policy. Follows
corporate privacy.Prepares employee training files for external
audit reviews. SetCoordinates Employee Training - Coordinates and
participates in new employee orientation including assisting in
training. Schedules and confirms training for new staff. Ensures
instructors are available and that curriculums are current. Handles
the set up for the training classes by using the training
checklist. Sets up CBT trainings. Instructs employees in completing
on-line training when they need extra prompting.Performs
Credentialing- Completes all credentialing for each licensed staff
hired per company policy.Collects credentialing documents from new
hires to submit to corporate office to assure staff are
credentialed timely.Job Requirements:Associate Degree or Bachelor
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
preferred.One year of HR, Training or Credentialing experience
preferredValid driver's licenseEssential Physical and Sensory
Requirements-With or without the aid of mechanical devicesLight
-Regularly required to lift 10 lbs.Must be able to lift a minimum
of 15 lbs.Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs.Must be able to
squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to
regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or
controls.Required to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to
demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to
work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.Vision
requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral
