RoleThe Senior Specialist, Affiliate and Influencer Partnerships is a key member of the Consumer Solutions team, helping to drive growth for Labcorp OnDemand tests and products. The Senior Specialist works with a variety of digital health and wellness ecosystem partners (commerce content, bloggers, social media influencers, communities, care navigators, loyalty platforms) that drive awareness, education and demand of Labcorp OnDemand tests and products. The Senior Specialist will have experience in affiliate and influencer relationships; having worked on the Impact Partnership Management Platform to drive positive ROI and ROO through pay for performance models (CPA, CPC, CPL, CPE, etc.).
Responsibilities

• Serve as the main partnership affiliate and social media influencer lead, owning the day-to-day operations to drive growth
• Working on the Impact platform, monitor KPIs and program performance, partner discovery, contract and invoicing, and auditing partners for compliance and lead quality
• Create briefs and new product update programs to inform partners and influencers
• Run point on all internal medical and legal reviews of partner and influencer content
• Brief internal creative department on any assets (graphics, videos, images, etc.) required by partners and influencers
• Manage and build automated reporting mechanisms, including performance management of partners and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business review documentation
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve partnership onboarding efficiency and manage overall partner incentives program (signup flows, purchase orders, tiered bounty structures)
• Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics, including ROI, CAC, ROAS, etc.
• Work with social media and integrated marketing to amplify partner and influencer content through other channels
• Test and learn across new and existing platforms, conducting deep data analysis to uncover new opportunities for customer growth
• Onboard future agency and manage agency operational excellence through data driven metrics and continuous improvement activities
  Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • 2-3 years of experience in affiliate and social media influencer partnerships.
  • Significant, demonstrable experience structuring, negotiating, influencing affiliate and influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the Impact Partnership Management platform is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate ability to scale knowledge throughout the organization by generation and maintenance of comprehensive and effective tools and channels.
  • Well-honed analytical skills. Ability to make recommendations to Marketing Management or Labcorp leadership, influence decisions and outcomes, supported by data.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to foster productive, collaborative relationships both within Labcorp and within partner organizations
  • Demonstrable effectiveness in written and oral communication. Practices clear, succinct top-down communication that provides leadership clear direction on decisions required and frames issues with appropriate context to speak to the audience's point of view. Speaks articulately, reflecting the audience and the forum for verbal communications.
  • Effective presenter and presentation creator.
