Job Description:

Conduct training programs for the company.-- May track and analyze training programs by examining participants' job performance.-- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.-- Meet with operational management and make recommendation for new training material.
Skill RequirementsAdministrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.Machine: Calculator, personal computer.Physical Demands: Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and utilizing virtual tools.License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an Associate's Degree, but a BS in healthcare, life science or business related field with 3-5 years of experience in related field.Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:
