Labcorp is recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist for a dynamic team in the Burlington, NC area. This position can also potentially be Remote based.
The Infrastructure Integration Specialist will report directly to the IT Director - Infrastructure Integrations and will be responsible for leading integration initiatives, projects, and assignments, with particular focus on merger and acquisition activity. S/He is responsible for working closely with the IT Infrastructure and IT Security Teams to deliver on key initiatives as assigned.
This is a full-time position ideally based in the Burlington NC office with minimal travel requirements to support integration initiatives.

Essential Functions:Build relationships across the Infrastructure, Operations & Security technology teams in order to provide:

  • Responsible for leading the Infrastructure, Operations & Security teams in all aspects of the Infrastructure, Operations & Security - Phase I M&A Integration activities.
  • Responsible for identifying and prioritizing the Infrastructure, Operations & Security - Phase II M&A Integration activities. Prepare recommendation presentation and resourcing requirements to seek approval for resourcing necessary to proceed forward with Phase II activities.
  • Responsible for identifying, tracking and consolidating Infrastructure, Operations & Security contracts as part of the M&A activities.
  • Responsible for developing a process to identify and track Infrastructure, Operations & Security assets throughout the life of the asset. Over time, develop an automated process for identifying and tracking Infrastructure, Operations & Security assets that are end of life.
  • Responsible for working with Infrastructure, Operations & Security resource managers and the IT PMO in defining Infrastructure, Operations & Security resource requirements necessary to support the IT Project Portfolio. Track Infrastructure, Operations & Security portfolio capacity requirements and capacity purchases in advance of project initiation.
  • Responsible for building Infrastructure, Operations & Security KPI dashboards to track and trend progress towards Infrastructure, Operations & Security goals & objectives. Publish monthly updates to Infrastructure, Operations & Security dashboard for IT & Infrastructure, Operations & Security Senior Leadership visibility.
  • Responsible for facilitating quick, effective decision-making across the Infrastructure, Operations & Security teams.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned.

    • 5-7 years with project management experience.
    • 5-7 years working with IT infrastructure technologies.
    • Experience with compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOX, SOC2, and FDA.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Effectively interacts with all levels within the IT organization.
    • Works collaboratively across IT departments and the business.
    • Facilitates decision making.
    • Strong ITIL and ISO process knowledge.
    • Normally requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline OR 7 years of equivalent/relevant work experience.

                  Pay Range: $120K - $160KBenefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
