Job Description Primary PurposeResponsible for transferring
hatching eggs from farm racks to incubator racks and placing them
in incubators per the egg set schedule.Major Duties &
Responsibilities Transfer hatching eggs from farm racks to
incubator racks per the egg set schedule. Clean and disinfect egg
rooms and incubator rooms. Set eggs from egg room into incubation
equipment. Monitor condition of farm racks - "flag" any farm
rack(s) in need of repair and place in farm rack repair area.
Assist egg delivery drivers with unloading farm racks containing
hatching eggs from trailer as needed.Qualifications High School
Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year working with live poultry.
Basic math skills. Completion of all safety training,
lockout-tagout and pallet jack certification. Continuous standing,
walking, twisting, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
Works in a hatchery environment.
