Full-time or Part-time and various shifts are available. Full-time positions include benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and 401(k) retirement plan. Peak Resources Alamance is currently offering sign-on bonuses for nurses hired within May 2024; $3,000 for Part-Time RN's and up to $7,000 for Full-time RN's. (Conditions apply) Available Full-Time Shifts:

• 7a-3p Monday -Friday
• 3p-11p Monday-Friday
• 11p-7a Monday-Friday
• and Weekend Baylor 12-hour shifts. Primary Role Responsibilities:RNAs within the Scope the Practice, the Registered Nurse (RN) may initiate and implement health care plan(s) and other nursing duties. The RN practice encompasses the full scope of nursing. The RN is involved in all steps of the nursing process, the role is independent and comprehensive. The RN Staff Nurse directs day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and regulations, comply with all written policies and procedures and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.Requirements:Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this State
  • Current BLS CPR Certification including in-person skills assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplacePreferred Experience
