We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and naturally positive person to join our team. The position of Brand Ambassador/Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of both our reputation and lead generation, functioning as a Customer Hero, to better serve our clients. We have a proven history of outstanding customer service in the Triad and Triangle with big plans for growth. We offer a comprehensive program and provide paid training. This will allow you to earn while you learn. We offer ongoing support to help you be successful and realize your personal and professional potential. This position comes with a generous and guaranteed base salary plus a variety of incentives and bonuses that are paid promptly upon achieving your targets.

This is a full-time marketing position which can require some evenings and occasional Saturdays in order to provide a first-class experience. Responsibilities:
--- Visit our job sites & customers upon completion
--- Deliver gifts to customers to thank them for their business
--- Field any customer concerns and relay such concerns to the office
--- Explain the details of our customer referral rewards program
--- Discuss potential projects that the customer may be considering
--- Take before, during, and after photos of workmanship
--- Assist customers with posting online reviews on social media
--- Distribute flyers to the nearby neighbors to generate new interest

Qualifications:
--- Proven Track Record in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
--- Outgoing, extraverted personality type- confident & energetic
--- Polished and Professional Image
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Strong Employment References
--- Basic Computer Skills
--- Valid Driver's License
--- Decent Driving History
--- Clean Criminal Background
