Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Business
Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute outbound strategies to identify and qualify
potential partners
Research and develop targeted outreach lists, crafting personalized
messaging across multiple channels
Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to manage
opportunities through the pipeline and ensure seamless partner
onboarding
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-related role,
preferably in B2B tech or HR/Workforce solutions
Demonstrated interest in partnerships, business development, or the
future of work
1+ years of experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
and outreach tools is a plus
Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to engage in
professional development
Strong organizational and time-management skills
