Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Risk Underwriter specializing
in Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit comprehensive underwriting packages to insurance
carriers for workers' compensation coverage
Review and ensure accurate assignment of workers' compensation
class codes based on client operations
Manage daily employee underwriting processes and resolve
payroll-related issues impacting underwriting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in workers' compensation risk and
underwriting, preferably in a PEO or insurance company
Strong understanding of workers' compensation, OSHA regulations,
and claims reporting procedures
Experience with PrismHR configuration and troubleshooting from a
workers' compensation perspective preferred
Experience in client-facing roles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with
changing priorities
