Enterprise Salesforce Architect - Remote Work From Home
Lead the Strategic Vision for Enterprise-Scale, Cloud-Native Healthcare Platforms

HTC Global Services is seeking an Enterprise Salesforce Architect to drive the design and delivery of secure, scalable, high-impact solutions across our healthcare client landscape. In this fully remote position, you will define and own enterprise architecture for Salesforce platforms integrated with cutting-edge technologies helping modernize mission-critical healthcare systems across the country.

You'll collaborate directly with executive stakeholders, guide technical delivery teams, and set architectural direction for complex, multi-cloud, multi-org environments that support thousands of users and adhere to strict HIPAA, CMS, and industry compliance standards.

What You'll Do

Lead cross-functional IT Architecture groups that develop solution strategies and review designs from an enterprise perspective.
Serve as the lead architect on projects, vendor work, and similar efforts in complex technical areas or in domain leadership. This involves planning developing, maintaining, and reviewing application architecture.

Serve throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a variety of architecture engagements including Agile and continuous delivery, proof-of-technology.


Guide and mentor technical teams through delivery cycles (Agile/SAFe preferred)
Ensure architectural compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
Represent architectural decisions to stakeholders and C-level executives

What You Bring

10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3-5+ years as an enterprise or solution architect in Salesforce environments. A combination of development, design, infrastructure/data center and/or related IT disciplines.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification strongly preferred
Experience designing multi-org Salesforce implementations in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
Experience developing IT solution strategy involving multiple business and IT stakeholders and their priorities.


Must have experience with Salesforce administration and development for at least 2+ years.


Must have experience with Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.


Must have at least 3 years of direct infrastructure, system, application and/or other solution architecture experience driving comprehensive end-to-end solutions.


Experience should include significant background leading broad and complex technical work with proven success in the design and delivery of quality scalable IT solutions on time, on budget and in compliance with applicable requirements.


Experience must include 5+ years' experience in at least two of the following (able to lead) and familiarity with most of the others (able to apply): Programming, database/analytics technologies and practices, integration/middleware, infrastructure/cloud, and security. Should include contemporary examples in each case (e.g., contemporary programming languages or databases).


Extensive experience in solution design principles and practices, system development methodologies, and software life cycles (inception through adoption).


Visual modeling experience using architecture design notation such as ArchiMate or UML.


Experience coordinating vendor solution delivery and partnering effectively with vendors to meet business needs.


Excellent oral/written communication skills to successfully communicate at varied levels within the organization (technical detail with developers through executive presentations to C-Levels appropriately adjusted for each audience).


Prior leadership of architecture initiatives involving cross-functional technical and non-technical teams


Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or CMS guidelines is a major plus
