Job Details:
--- Location: West Charlotte
--- Schedule: Monday- Thursday 6:00am- 4:30pm
--- Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Team Lead to oversee finishing operations within our powder coating department. This role involves preparing, coating, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
--- Surface Preparation: Sand, degrease, and clean parts before coating.
--- Powder Application: Utilize spray guns to apply dry powder coatings to surfaces.
--- Curing Process: Operate ovens to cure coated parts and ensure a durable finish.
--- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects and verify compliance with specifications.
--- Team Leadership: Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
--- Material Handling: Load and unload parts onto racks for processing.
--- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
--- Safety Compliance: Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a respirator.

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent.
--- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or coating environment.
--- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
--- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
--- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift materials throughout the shift.
--- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments (90 -F+) while wearing full PPE.
--- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Environment:
--- Exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals in a regulated industrial setting.
--- Work may require operating at heights or in outdoor conditions.
--- Overtime may be required based on production demands.
