IntroductionWe're currently looking for a candidate with strong
experience in selling and delivering Azure cloud solutions. The
ideal individual should be able to understand client challenges,
offer strategic guidance, and act as a trusted advisor.This is a
Sell & Deliver role that requires expertise across Microsoft
technologies, specifically in:
- Application Modernization Strategy
- App Modernization on Azure
- Data Strategy & Analytics
- Agentic AI solutions on AzureWe're looking for someone who has
experience in both farming and hunting opportunities, ideally with
a background in working alongside hyperscalers like Microsoft. The
role also involves meeting key performance metrics, including
Signings, Revenue, and UTE targets.Your role and
responsibilitiesLead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration Opportunities
across Industrial and communications clients for pipeline
management and demand generation, aiming for approximately 3x of
signing targets.Be a trusted advisor to our clients, LAP, to drive
Azure or AWS migration projects that deliver business value.Deliver
end-to-end migration projects within budget and timeline with
defined outcomes to ensure client success.Manage contracts,
pricing, and resources for cloud migration projects.Close
opportunities with signing targets of $10M.Understand our client's
strategic needs and business objectives; articulate and formulate
proposals and statements of work aligned with client
values.Collaborate with AWS & IBM to develop strong Azure or AWS
partnerships in technology and solution roadmaps, and lead or
participate in large transactions.Promote HCS service offerings as
a change agent for early engagement, deal registrations, and
incentive realization.Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and
business development workshops to build and maintain a pipeline,
gather references, and create case studies.Establish client value
propositions that connect strategic, financial, and operational
metrics to business improvements.Required technical and
professional expertiseExperience leading Azure or AWS cloud
migration opportunities across industrial and communications
sectors, managing pipeline and demand generation (-3x signing
targets).Trusted advisor role to drive migration projects
delivering client business value.Proven track record of delivering
end-to-end migration projects on time and within budget.Ability to
manage contracts, pricing, and resources effectively.Capability to
close deals with $10M signing targets.Strong understanding of
client needs, with the ability to craft aligned proposals and
statements of work.Experience working with AWS & IBM to foster
collaboration and lead large transactions.Ability to evangelize
service offerings, facilitate early engagement, and realize
incentives.Proficiency in driving go-to-market strategies, business
development, and pipeline growth.Skill in establishing value
propositions tied to strategic and operational metrics for business
improvements.Preferred technical and professional
experienceCollaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to craft
