Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment cycle-from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers-ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, service-oriented, and an effective communicator across all organizational levels.Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years working with ATS systems (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred).
• 2+ years recruiting for an AEC organization.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience, including at least 7 years of relevant prior experience.Our Investment in You:
