Job Description:


Oversees the operations and administration of account setup, program management, daily logistics, collaboration and problem solving for national accounts, including CVS and Walgreens. As a result, this individual will be an integral part of maintaining, planning and ensuring our clients' needs are met. The individual will work closely with National Accounts Leadership Team on a regular basis.


Handles account setup and implementation for select National Accounts, day-to-day support and inservices including but not limited to:

Connectivity / EDI Setups
Administer service performance and billing/payment file review and submission requirements for national accounts
Account Setup including coordinating Pricing /Supplies/ Roadnet/Link org setup, etc.
Invoicing and client billing-- ie, handles special requirements for national account invoicing, review and manage AR for client bills
Reviews VBC member lists and handles account matching, account setups
Responsible for Account Tracking
Program Management for implementations and other projects

Responsible for development and execution to continue a collaborative and structured partnership with our clients

Oversee the client requirements, service levels and quality measures for laboratory services

Provide direction and serve as an advisor and liaison to assure service and processes are appropriate for changing needs

Meet and review concerns with client representatives

Evaluate processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Implement initiatives to increase engagement and retention, while identifying and developing future opportunities

Maintain the required performance targets

Review, research and resolution of problems and concerns

Maintain quality accuracy and ensure all quality monitors meet client and laboratory objectives

Consistent communication with Leadership to ensure they are aware of relevant matters

Lead cross functional collaboration to assist in service requirements

Communicate applicable policies and procedures
Manages compliance with national account requirements (reports, connectivity, setups, invoicing, etc.)
Works directly with internal and external clients on problem resolution, launch of new reports, programs and products
Project management for ongoing account and test related initiatives
Makes recommendations and present results to management
Produces monthly reports and presentations for on-going projects
Other duties as assigned

License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in appropriate technology w/5-6 years of experience.

BS or BA Degree

High level of attention to detail with strong organization and analytical skills
Strong working knowledge of supply chain operations
Prior experience in a high volume, large customer service environment

Ability to communicate with a heavy customer focus when working with client leadership

Understanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures

Ability to problem solve and provide solutions under minimal supervision
A/R knowledge and/or experience, a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office
Familiar with CRM/Salesforce
Knowledge of Billing and Lab Data Marts a plus
MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LabCorp Billing System and LabCorp Lab System.
Strong organizational skills and ability to cooperate with and communicate across various departments.
Ability to think independently to troubleshoot problems and make improvements.
