Labcorp is hiring a Senior Revenue and Billing Analyst. - The Senior Revenue and Billing Analyst supports the reporting and analytical needs of the revenue cycle management (RCM) leaders and empowers users with data across the organization. Independently evaluates and assesses key financial performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities. -Supports complex revenue cycle initiatives through the extraction and analysis of data impacting revenue cycles. -Collaborates with others within the organization to ensure efficient and effective processes for optimal revenue cycle outcomes. -Develops and presents recommendations on revenue cycle data and improvements to leadership. -This person will utilize an off the shelf billing application to run reports. - This person will also utilize SAS as well as Excel including writing macros, creating Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPS. -This is a permanent direct-hire position that allows this individual to work remote from home. -RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overarching responsibility is to drive client AR and Patient AR reduction
• Provide monthly revenue reports
• Provide aging reports throughout the month with full analysis
• FQHC patient AR reduction project
• Other miscellaneous DataMart reports to support the divisionREQUIREMENTS
  • Advanced Excel skills including macro writing

  • Microsoft Office product proficiency
