Job Description:
Strategic Staffing Solutions is looking for a Senior Lead
Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Business Analsyt to join the Governance
Solutions and Innovation team under CIB. Candidate will have
displayed 15 years of relevant work experience in a Financial
institution as a Business Analyst.
Required Qualifications:
Experienced in Capital Market products (specifically trading).
Experienced in onboarding operations of new clients.
Experienced as a BA working in a Middle Office environment.
Excellent communication skills is a must. Candidate will need to
present to multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of MCR and RCSA
Desired Qualifications:
Background in Process Engineering is a plus.
Experience working with both on-shore and off-shore teams.
