Our client is seeking a direct hire Electronic Technician to join their team. In this role, you will use your experience and background to maintain and optimize manufacturing operations. Job Title: Electronic Technician Location: Mebane, NC What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, and enhance electronic components and systems on our advanced high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Tackle complex electrical challenges, including converting systems from 480V AC to 24V DC, to support diverse operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to implement innovative upgrades and improvements that set new industry standards.
• Conduct meticulous preventive maintenance routines to uphold peak performance and minimize downtime.
• Document your contributions with precision in our state-of-the-art maintenance tracking systems (CMMS), ensuring a transparent and efficient workflow. What's Needed?
  • An innovative thinker with an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise (5 years or more) as an Electronic Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. (A combination of education and experience will be considered.)
  • Proficiency in deciphering electrical and electronic schematics and technical manuals, coupled with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. What's in it for me?
