for a SenioR JAVA LEAD/ARCHITECT to join in our team of IT

Role: SenioR JAVA LEAD/ARCHITECT Experience: 10-13 years of strong
experience Job Location: Candidates must be willing to work in a
hybrid model from the Client's locations in Raleigh NC (Hybrid 4
days a week). Remote work is not an option. Responsibilities: *
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices & AWS
experience * 11 to 13 years of experience in development projects *
Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture
discussions daily stand-ups and Agile Sprint planning sessions. *
Design and develop high-volume low-latency applications for
critical systems delivering high-availability and performance. *
Write well designed testable efficient code and ensure that the
designs comply with specifications. * Knowledge and experience
adhering to software development life cycle best practices unit
testing subject area agile development and CI/CD strategies *
Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time
of the team members. * Proficient understanding of code versioning
tools such as GIT * Should be able to identify track and mitigate
risks to the product/application * Excellent organization skills
attention to detail and ability to multi - task * Promotes
continuous process improvement especially in code quality test
ability & reliability. Must Have Skills: Hands on experience in
JAVA 8, 11, Spring boot, Microservices At least 8 years of
experience in a hands-on development role. Good ability to work in
an Agile team across product, dev, QA and release teams. Good
knowledge on AWS is an added advantage. Banking and Financial
Services experience is an added advantage preferred. Work
Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants who are
legally authorized to work in the United States. Salary and Other
Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on
experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
