Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst for the development of a new employee-facing product. Working with the internal product management and development teams, the BA will shepherd the new product through conception-to-delivery and into the maintenance lifecycle stage using an Agile development methodology. This position is based in Burlington, NC.Responsibilities include:

* Authoring user stories that deliver an outstanding user experience; breaking down user stories and business requirements into items to be worked by the product developers * Researching and documenting the details necessary to help the team fully understand what is to be built (data analysis) * Working with product developers on additions, changes, or removal of product capabilities (documenting and prioritizing reported bugs and enhancement requests) * Leading Scrum team events as needed (e.g. Daily stand-up meetings, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, etc.) * Supporting QA by helping outline test scenarios, defining success criteria, and performing user acceptance testing * Maintaining JIRA boards and tasks * Working closely with Product Owner to have a clear understanding of the desired functionality for each product backlog item; raise issues to PO as needed * Assisting with training users on new features of the software upon launch

Requirements License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or any related field 3+ years of experience in IT industry. 1+ years Of Agile development methodology. Desired skills and experience:

* Business analyst experience delivering multiple products from concept to market in an Agile development environment
