Job Description:
Lowe's Foods is seeking a dynamic Bench Manager to oversee a

the day-to-day operations of the store department, ensuring
compliance with company policies and procedures. Train, mentor, and

performance. Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and workload
distribution. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high
standards of service and product quality. Collaborate with the
store management team to implement strategic business initiatives
and promotions. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to
maintain stock availability and cost efficiency. Analyze sales data
and reports to identify trends, forecast needs, and address any
issues promptly. Enforce health and safety regulations to provide a
secure environment for both staff and customers. Strong leadership
