Job Description:
The Hospital Services Program is designed to provide our clients
with one point of contact for all their needs. Patient care, timely
problem investigation, and timely communication to our hospital
clients are at the core of the program. A team member in this
position would investigate and provide timely resolution to all
client issues while maintaining proper documentation so that
patient care is not compromised. This team member would take
ownership of all issues identified, communicate with internal and
external clients as needed, and follow each issue until
completion.The work schedule for the position is 1st shift, Monday
- Friday 9am - 6pmJob Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supports the Complaint Management System.
- Advise clients conducting validation studies.
- Provide technical support to the Sales Department and their
clients; provide technical training to Sales and clients as
needed.
- Interacts with Quality Engineering to problem solve and
troubleshoot device performance issues.
- Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational
skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time
management, train employees, use computerized databases, written
and verbal communications.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Able to break down concepts in understandable terminology to
end users.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or
a related science.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
environment.
- Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory
information systems are a plus.
- High level of attention detail along with strong communication
and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen.
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on
