This is not a remote position. This team works in our Burlington, NC location



Seeking talented talkers who excel at making friends fast! Looking for a career in sales or marketing? We're looking for two talented communicators to immediately join our Inside Sales team! The right candidate will be a goal-oriented problem solver with a naturally positive, outgoing demeanor.



The right candidate is energetic, genuinely upbeat, and wants more than "just a job." We need a goal-oriented team player who likes a challenge and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position can be part-time or full-time. Full-time positions can be made available based on needs and performance. Hours may be designed to fit your schedule for the right candidate. Call center hours of operation are Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 to 3:00. Top talent can make over $28 per hour with bonus & incentives. 2 weeks of Paid Training.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
--- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service to convert leads into sales
--- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
--- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
--- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback sessions

Qualifications:
--- Previous experience in customer service, sales, food service, call center, or other related fields preferred
--- Strong computer experience, customer relationship management software experience preferred
--- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
--- Ability to prioritize and multitask
--- Naturally outgoing, positive, fun demeanor
--- High level of organization and attention to detail
--- Excellent typing and communication skills
