Use tracking systems to monitor metrics and growth benchmarks. Participate in incentive contests, team challenges, and leadership summits. Tech savvy and understand how to operate zoom calls Entrepreneurial Ownership Must be 18 years old and able to pass a background check Must have valid work authorization in the US Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
