Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in the provision of workplace
uniforms and protective work wear clothing across the US, Europe,
and Canada, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Major Account
Consultant to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in
sustaining and expanding our presence within the large account
sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying client
needs and tailoring customized solutions that align with their
business objectives, while upholding UniFirst's values and service
standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and
manage major client accounts within the uniform rental and facility
service market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft
tailored uniform solutions that meet client requirements. Maintain
high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional support
and ensuring consistent service delivery. Negotiate contract terms
with major accounts, ensuring profitable and sustainable
agreements. Conduct regular performance analysis and present
findings to the senior management to inform decision-making and
strategy adjustments. Stay updated with industry trends and
competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies. Strong
sales and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage and grow
large client accounts Excellent problem-solving and analytical
skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency
in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales
Professional (CSP) preferred Any industry-specific qualifications
would be beneficial
