team is expanding, and we're looking for a results-driven Territory
Manager to help grow and strengthen our presence across the
country. What You Will Do The Territory Manager - Crawlspace
Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, & Foundation Repair will be
responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with
contractors, distributors, and customers across the territory. This
role combines sales, account management, and business development,
with a focus on achieving revenue goals and promoting our trusted
solutions for residential and commercial applications. East
Regional coverage to include; VA, PA, SC, NC & FL Develop and
execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth. Build and
maintain strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, and
key accounts. Conduct product presentations, training, and
demonstrations for customers and partners. Identify new business
opportunities within the waterproofing, encapsulation, and
foundation repair markets. Provide ongoing support, consultation,
and technical expertise to accounts. Monitor market trends,
competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and
technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction and success

understanding of residential and commercial building practices;
knowledge of waterproofing, crawlspace, or foundation repair
solutions Proven track record in selling crawlspace encapsulation,
basement waterproofing, and foundation products preferred Industry
knowledge is preferred. Minimum of 2 years in territory sales,
account management, or business development within construction or
building materials is plus. Willingness to travel overnight
regularly (2-3 nights weekly) within assigned territory. Excellent
communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A
valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are
necessary. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
and manage a large territory. Proficiency with CRM systems and
