Why This Role Is Different This is not a narrow, transactional sales job. As an Account Executive on the Emerging Sales Team , you’ll take full ownership of your market — from first conversation to signed deal. You’ll sell a mission-critical product, work with real decision-makers, and see the direct impact of your work on revenue and company growth. What You’ll Be DoingDrive Revenue & Close Deals Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Build and Manage Pipeline Proactively prospect while working high-quality inbound leads from Marketing and BDRs Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline Lead Sales Conversations Run strong discovery calls Deliver engaging product demos Confidently guide prospects through closing conversations Forecast with Confidence Accurately forecast sales results within ±15% at the monthly and quarterly level Stay Organized & Data-Driven Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other modern tools to manage deals and activity Grow Every Day Actively seek feedback and coaching Continuously improve your sales skills and process Be a Trusted Advisor Learn the industrial tech landscape and speak credibly with prospects Position yourself as a knowledgeable partner, not just a seller Thrive in a Scale-Up Environment Move fast, think creatively, and take ownership Bring energy, urgency, and curiosity to everything you do What We’re Looking For We’re looking for motivated, coachable, and competitive sales professionals who want more responsibility and bigger upside. 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales or an Account Executive role Proven ability to close new business and hit (or beat) quota Strong communication and presentation skills Experience running discovery calls and product demos Willingness to prospect and build your own pipeline Highly organized with strong time management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Data-driven approach to selling and forecasting Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Bonus Points (Nice to Have, Not Required) Experience in SaaS, CMMS, or facility/operations software Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools Experience working in a startup or remote-first environment Why You’ll Love Working Here This is a company where ambition meets execution .
