Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line to assist customers and offer solutions that meet their needs. Support store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising. Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and sales targets. Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications Effective problem-solving skills Excellent organizational abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in Customer Service Management, Sales, or a related field are considered a plus but not essential.
