Zone Store Customer Service Specialist to join our retail team.
This role is crucial in ensuring that all customers receive
exceptional service and support throughout their shopping
experience. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to
customer satisfaction, possessing strong interpersonal skills and a
deep understanding of our products to effectively resolve issues
and promote our offerings. Provide warm, friendly, and efficient
customer service. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and
complaints professionally. Process sales transactions accurately
and efficiently. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line to
assist customers and offer solutions that meet their needs. Support
store operations including inventory management and visual
merchandising. Collaborate with team members to meet store
objectives and sales targets. Participate in training and
development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle
stressful situations with professionalism Proficiency in POS
systems and basic computer applications Effective problem-solving
skills Excellent organizational abilities Medical Insurance Dental

Customer Service Management, Sales, or a related field are
considered a plus but not essential.
